All the results prove that green tea is highly effective in reducing weight. It increases your metabolism and helps your system to naturally burn fat.

Green tea is also a rich source of antioxidants, hence it detoxifies your body and improves your health. Basically it supercharges your metabolism, reduces your calorie intake, increases your energy levels, balances your sugar levels, suppresses your appetite, burns calories and fat, etc.

4) Fruit Juice

Drinking fruit juice can do both reduce weight as well as increase weight. Therefore, it is important to avoid drinking too much fruit juice a day plus drink juice made from fruits that are not fattening. For example, if you drink mango juice everyday then you will gain weight. However, if you drink cranberry or acai berry juice then you will lose weight.

Fruit juice also provides vitamins and essential nutrients therefore, it is a very healthy option for weight loss. This makes you look more radiant and youthful. It is recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Also, when you drink enough water. It helps with flushing out toxins from your body. This relieves strain from your kidneys and liver. So, add all these above mentioned drinks along with water in your daily routine. Make sure to add a little bit of exercise also in your daily lifestyle so that you can lose weight more rapidly.
